Allocation Qualification Process

• 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity who is categorized with the Internal Revenue Service as an arts and cultural entity;
• have been in existence at least five years from the date of their application;
• have an annual operating budget of at least $200,000;
• have at least one full-time paid professional staff position;
• have an office(s) located in Bexar County;
• are not an individual artist or government-related agency
• conduct an employee campaign for their organization
• have a proven broad-based community impact
• display theFund logo and statement in all programs and publications
